Barbara's Gratitude Practice, March 20, 2020
Feeling so many shifts taking place in me and the world and what we are receiving as a gift from this. Yesterday it was snowing snowing. Today spring is peaking out here with the sunshine and we are to hit plus 3 celsius. Really the winter does not want to let go here in Calgary Alberta but comes and goes in spurts. Michael and I did a joint Equinox gratitude ritual last night at our altar that ended with a playful sounding.
